Executive chef Michael Vaughn knows that the guests at the resort are pretty much a captive audience, but it's the taste buds of locals that he wants to tempt with his menu of classic comfort foods twisted into gourmet delights.
“I'll know we're really a hit when residents are coming in because they like the food, too,” Vaughn said.
