Truly awful.

I can't begin to describe just how bad the food in this place actually is, other than to say I've traveled a good part of Europe, Asia, North and South America, and I've never actually been offended by food before, anywhere. I've also never written a bad review for a restaurant, but it's been 4 days now, and I'm still offended by this place. I think it's because the sign outside actually said, in big, bold letters "The Best Burger in Town". The Sign Lies!! A 40 minute wait, which under normal circumstances would have seen me heading for the door long before the "food" arrived, followed by the arrival of a piece of charred gristle between two buns, served by an overworked and under-interested person. I know it's "bar food", but seriously? Our server did come back to ask us if everything tasted all right and when the answer was silence (in place of what could only have been words that would have been regretted later) and me showing her what my "burger" actually looked like under the bun, answered herself with a "Yes. Good." and walked away, but not before leaving the bill for $21 for two "burgers" and two small beers. The beer was cold, though.
