Spearheaded by Executive Chef Adam Votaw, the resort’s ultrachic signature restaurantoffers a contemporary twist on the traditional steakhouse with artfully reinvented versions of age-old favorites such as Red Snapper with Sauteed Shrimp, Spanish Chorizo, Steel-Cut Oats and Piperade Sauce; “Bell & Evans” Chicken with Sea Salt, Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Midnight Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Dumplings and Madeir Cream; Kobe Flat Iron Steak; and Lobster Pot Pie.
