Aspen Mills is most definitley a Coachella Valley favorite! The aroma of fresh baked bread and cookies is always wafting around the cozy bakery and the staff is incredibly friendly. Menu items include a variety of zesty salads and classic sandwiches, which are served with fresh potato salad. Vegetarian options and flavored coffees are also available.
