New York indie rockers Vampire Weekend made their return to the desert last night at a show at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown.
The band was among the 80-plus groups of performers at the 2008 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and recently offered up “Horchata,” the opening song off their January 12th album Contra, as a free stream and download at their official website, vampireweekend.com.
