Sure, it’s no “Billie Jean,” but there's still something thrilling about hearing that familiar “Dah!” vocal tic in a new song—especially given that so many other tracks on the posthumous “Michael” album feature vocals so heavily processed, some fans have accused MJ’s label of trying to pass off sound-alikes as the real deal. A nice reminder that even with fair-to-middling material, Jackson could still make magic.
