I lond for a time when people don't care about a musician's appearance. You can't listen to appearance, yet it seems to be a prerequisite for musicians to be heard. Music stinks, and this is one of the main reasons. Nobody seems to care about musical quality or whether a "song" is original or new, so we are bombarded with good-looking people singing stale, reworked cliches and inferior crap. In addition to looks, musicians now must all have attitude, and that is all they sell - appearance and attitude. Does anyone ever just listen to music? doesn't anyone want to hear something new?

Any list of the hottest women in music featuring Lady GaGa isnt worth reading. Metromix is apparently being staffed by blind people who have spent their entire lives in caves because she is uglier then Larry Bird on a bad day

They're not even second rate . Considering the age group (and maturity level) of the staff, I am surprised there's not more news from MTV Reality shows. You can see this by the events they put on. They have NO CLUE.

Metromix never fails with the indie hipster name-dropping. Add in a few more popular artists for unbiased "credibility", and voila! You're still a second-rate Pitchfork.com.
