Buh-bye, Casey! The final five 'Idol' contestants battling it out
After the top six finalists performed a selection of songs from singer-songwriter Carole King, 20-year-old growler Casey Abrams from Wilmette, IL was eliminated after receiving the fewest number of votes from America. Judge Steven Tyler lauded Casey with words of kindness like "best mother-loving show" and "you made my scalp itch," which was only rivaled by Randy Jackon's onslaught of "Yo, dawg." The top five remain, and now it's up to America to decide the next 'Idol.'
"American Idol" airs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
