The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic has its “Classic Girls.” Now, the Playboy Golf Scramble at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Nov. 14 and 15 has its own ambassadors.
Six Fantasy Springs spokesmodels were selected to join the dozens of other “Girls of Playboy Golf” to represent the tournament at parties and on the course.
* Julee Lopez, 34 of Mecca, spends her days working as a teacher in the Coachella Valley and volunteers mentoring young Latina women.
* Chelsea Seagal, 23 of Los Angeles, expressed the qualities of a true entrepreneur as the designer of her own jewelry line that she is working to grow into a complete product line.
* Jamie Lynn Polione, 33 of Palm Springs, moved to the desert a week before the contest.
* Jessica Pena, 24 of Indio, is a passionate dancer who aspires to own a clothing boutique in the near future.
* Dawn Bagnell, 28 of Palm Desert, loves spending time with her family and aspires to complete her teaching credentials this winter.
* Tiana Dominquez, 29 of Mountain Center, is a fitness trainer and mother of three who is currently starting a stroller club with the CVRPD.
“Potentially, one of our girls could become the next Playmate,” said Beth Joseph, a media relations manager working with Fantasy Springs in Indio.
On Nov. 15, the six ambassadors and Playboy Golf girls — between 30 and 40 of them — will compete for four spots for a trip to the Playboy Mansion.
“It's an opportunity to come out and have fun. It's not a bikini contest or swimsuit competition by any means,” she said.
The event kicks off with a VIP Pairings Party, November 14, where these six girls will mingle among celebrities, athletes, and Playmates. The lovely ladies will then move onto the luxurious Eagle Falls Golf Course on November 15 for a day on the greens. That evening, several select women will be announced as winners of a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Playboy Mansion.
